But now you need to make sure you don't get an order from your website that you cant fulfil.

The vast majority of customers when landing on your ordering site are looking to place an order for right now (ASAP), but this this can cause problems operationally and so a way to reduce this problem would be to implement Time Slots.

If you want to amend the postcode that you deliver to or you want to set a charge for specific postcodes, you can do this from the Portal yourself without contacting Andromeda.
In the Portal, navigate to the "Locations" section.
Here you will see your store (or stores, if you have more than one)

If you need to set or change the hours you are trading, or would like to close for a day this is easy to do without contacting Andromeda.

On your Andromeda Website, you have the ability to move your products around.
This could be because you want for example, all of the cans together and all of the bottles together in your drinks section.
Or maybe you want the high value items in the top spots to encourage a higher order spend?
Putting premium products at the top can increase the average order value
In the Portal, simply go to the products section and into the category you wish to edit.

To run them
Select a date range for previous 6 FULL weeks ( Mon – Sun)
Choose the report and run it
Enter Productivity ( drops per hour or pizzas per hour depending on report)
Enter sales uplift or decrease from average e.g. 10 will give 10%, -10 will give -10%. This will scale the ordersFew readers
