Change your delivery zone or update postcodes

If you want to amend the postcode that you deliver to or you want to set a charge for specific postcodes, you can do this from the Portal yourself without contacting Andromeda.



In the Portal, navigate to the "Locations" section.





Here you will see your store (or stores, if you have more than one)



Click on the store you want to amend the trade zone for to bring up the options









Note: Some options above may not be visible depending on your access level




Click on "Trade Zones" and you will see your current set up, or it will be blank if you have not yet set this.





Simply add your list of postcodes here and click save.



Note: This can either be the FULL postcode, or the first half with the number of the second, eg BS1 1






If you want to change the charges for certain postcodes, click on the blue charges button.



This brings up the list where you can simply type the amount and save







Note: To make postcodes easier to manage, we recommend setting the sectors where possible rather than each individual postcode eg. BS1 1 is a sector, BS1 1BS & BS1 1BB are the full postcodes in that sector




There are a number of websites you can use to generate your postcodes should you not know them for example:
